There it is. The trailer we made for the iPad app. A very big thankyou goes to Peter Hoogeveen, the man who was responsible for the camera, the make-up, the editting and the sound-design.
And of course to Natasja van Loon, for portraying an awesome scream queen (though she’s running more than she is screaming).
The zombie is played by Mr. Bloeddorst Menno Kooistra and the hand that you see on 0’24” belongs to the one and only Maarten Janssens, that other Bloeddorst dude.
Yesterday Maarten and Menno shot the promo-trailer of Bloeddorst, the iPad magazine.
Buckets of blood: check
Apocalyptic setting: uhuh
Zombie: hell yeah
Helpless chick: better believe it
iPad: duh!
Thanks a million Peter for the make-up and special effects, the amazing camera work and the editting later on.
And thanks Natasja for being the best scream queen we could ever imagine!
Our shop starts to get filled up, so go check all this stuff we have to offer in the sidebar! It’s a way to support your favourite artists too since all the proceeds go directly to them. We thought it to be beneficial to everyone. To bring it short: You get your deal directly from the artists without costly mediation, the artists can go run back to the pub with your money and if they sell out we get more artwork to show off! Wow, it’s ingenius!
Bloeddorst is presented at the AFFF. Lots of full breed artists from our stable will be signing books or body parts, make bloody portraits and supply after-care to the shocked public. Jeroen Funke appeared as a zombie, which we didn’t notice until a fan pointed it out (I guess he works too hard). Check out the photo’s here.
AFFF now goes by the sissy name ImagineFF, even the posters back then were cooler.
